Provide a Project Manager/ Project Co-ordinator and Site Supervisors. Project Manager shall be re-sponsible for the planning, coordination with the client and other relevant service provider-(s) or project manager(s) and over seeing the Works. The Project Co-ordinator will be the single point of contact to communicate with the end users of the client, to supervise the site supervisor and crews. He will stay at the site when necessary.
